The Job

We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative to join our company, who is:

Responsibilities

Manage large amounts of incoming chats, calls & emails
Accurately and quickly enter orders in or ERP
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers

Skills

Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Fast and Accurate Typist
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Comfort with common office tools such as: Outlook, Excel, Google Docs, Trello, etc.
High school degree

Added Bonuses

Familiarity with Netsuite, Quickbooks, or other similar software
Passion for plants, horticulture and/or interior design
Prior experience in the plantscape, interior design or architectural industry

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
