GENERAL QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge and Experience:

Five or more years of retail upper management experience.
Developing key performance goals and managing the performance of staff.
Creating and implementing strategies for business growth.
Hiring new staff for multiple departments, as well as identifying key existing staff for advancement or promotion.
Ensuring that departments and staff deliver accurate information and quality customer service.
Developing new solutions to meet complex problems.
Improving internal processes for better productivity.
Overseeing large projects and interpreting performance reports.
Creating and managing a budget and monitoring the financial health of the business.

Skills and Abilities:

Excellent leadership skills, including goal setting, motivating, training, and mentorship.
Keen strategic thinking and planning.
Self-motivated and creatively inspired.
Understanding of budget management and financial monitoring.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including writing, speaking, and active listening.
