GENERAL QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge and Experience:
- Five or more years of retail upper management experience.
- Developing key performance goals and managing the performance of staff.
- Creating and implementing strategies for business growth.
- Hiring new staff for multiple departments, as well as identifying key existing staff for advancement or promotion.
- Ensuring that departments and staff deliver accurate information and quality customer service.
- Developing new solutions to meet complex problems.
- Improving internal processes for better productivity.
- Overseeing large projects and interpreting performance reports.
- Creating and managing a budget and monitoring the financial health of the business.
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent leadership skills, including goal setting, motivating, training, and mentorship.
- Keen strategic thinking and planning.
- Self-motivated and creatively inspired.
- Understanding of budget management and financial monitoring.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including writing, speaking, and active listening.
