Essential Duties of this position include:

  • Maintaining customer relationships through timely phone calls, communication and follow up
  • Visits customer sites and attend tradeshows
  • Generates new customers and new business through cold calls, prospect and follow up to prospects
  • Works cross-functionally between departments
  • Participates in sales department meetings, reports on information learned during on-road activities
  • Introduces, defines and expands on the existence of the Oasis brand in the marketplace
  • Conducts seminars and provide education to customers
  • Accountable for implentation and achievement of a sales plan
  • Travels within defined territory is 50 – 70%

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in the horticulture or agriculture fields
  • Must be able to work indepently
  • Strong communication skills and professional work ethic
