Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develops and maintains long-term client relationships to ensure their expectations are met throughout the cycle of their contracts
  • Provides excellent leadership and communication between client and crew
  • Creates client proposals, contracts, and recommendations
  • Promotes high standards for customer service, safety and a positive team environment
  • Provides direction on managing crew members as needed with planning, assigning or directing work load
  • Supports and promotes company standards and state and federal laws or regulations

Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent communications skills
  • 2+ years of account management
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of plant material a plus
