Responsibilities and Duties
Develops and maintains long-term client relationships to ensure their expectations are met throughout the cycle of their contracts 
Provides excellent leadership and communication between client and crew
Creates client proposals, contracts, and recommendations 
Promotes high standards for customer service, safety and a positive team environment
Provides direction on managing crew members as needed with planning, assigning or directing work load 
Supports and promotes company standards and state and federal laws or regulations
Qualifications and Skills
Excellent communications skills 
2+ years of account management
Strong organizational skills
Knowledge of plant material a plus
