MAJOR OBJECTIVES:
The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the marketing strategy and initiatives to promote our tree nursery products and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, expanding our customer base, and enhancing our brand presence in the market.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales for our tree nursery products.
· Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising methods.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, customer preferences, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
· Create compelling marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, brochures, and videos.
· Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing, to reach target audiences effectively.

· Build and maintain strong customer relationships by addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
· Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and support them in achieving their targets.
· Develop and manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring that resources are allocated optimally to maximize ROI.
· Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports to management and making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
· Any other duties as directed by management.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
· Horticultural knowledge strongly preferred.
· The ability to efficiently coordinate and complete numerous activities simultaneously.
· The ability to identify problems and work in conjunction with others to implement effective solutions.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Focus on and believe in providing excellent customer care.
PREREQUISITES:
· 3-5 years previous marketing management experience preferably in the horticulture or nursery industry
· Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related field with some design exposure strongly preferred.
· Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
· Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools.
· Knowledge of trees, horticulture, or landscaping is a plus.
· Strong organizational and project management skills.
