West Coast Nurseries is a wholesale nursery looking for a full-time, energetic, self-motivating, team player for this inside sales position at our office in San Marcos. Accounts are already established with reoccurring sales, and ample opportunity to grow on new accounts. Experience with the horticulture industry and knowledge of plants is necessary. This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday 7:30-4:00. Most account sales are generated through phone/email, while some accounts come into the nursery to purchase. Needs to be able to assist customers and lift up to 50 pounds. A willingness and ability to help with all jobs throughout the sales and shipping department is a must. This is an hourly position at $24.00/hour plus monthly bonuses. At current sales numbers you would make around $60,000/year. Plus paid time off and holidays.
