JOB DESCRIPTION

Supervision of all Production Technicians.
Responsible for repairs of Roller and Diaphragm Pumps, Honda Engines, etc.
Apply Dry Fertilizer to Lawns and Spray Lawns with Liquid herbicides.
Spray trees with pesticides and root feed trees.
Become a Wyoming Commercially Certified Pesticide Applicator within 30 days of employment.
Administer Comprehensive Plant Health Care Programs.
Oversee the hours worked by production staff weekly.
Crew Leader on a Lawn or Tree Production Crew.
Conduct weekly safety meetings via Green Applicator videos.
Maintain clean and safe working areas (Inside Vehicles, Shop and Yard).
Providing initial and continuing training to lawn and tree production crews.
Preventive maintenance of all production equipment and vehicles.
Abide by the rules and regulations of the Employee Handbook.
Conduct tree and lawn estimates if asked.
Be an Example of a Great Work ethic, foster a Team Environment, be a Source of Positive reinforcement to all staff members.
Weekly inventory of all pesticides and fertilizer products.
Inspecting all Production Paperwork and Internal documents.
Cooperate and Collaborate with other Crew Supervisors in other GTL Branch Offices.
Assist Branch Managers, Office Managers and Ownership in administering the Mission of Green Turf Lawnscapes, Inc.
