The Landscape Maintenance Manager is responsible for the daily landscaping maintenance operations, including grounds maintenance/horticulture/chemical applications and assists with managing snow removal services. The Landscape Maintenance Manager has strong interpersonal skills, understands and upholds best practices in lawn care, grounds maintenance, chemical application and horticulture techniques within the green industry, as well as enjoys promoting organizational and personnel development and growth opportunities for team members.
The Landscape Maintenance Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the grounds maintenance/horticulture/chemical application segments of the company. The Landscape Maintenance Manager will serve as co-manager of the Snow Removal division of the company. The primary responsibilities of this position include creating and growing an operational schedule, including the management of the maintenance, horticulture, chemical application and snow removal crews. Additionally, the Landscape Maintenance Manager works with the Landscape Project Manager to support the Enhancement Crew operations. As a small business, the Maintenance Account Manager may need to, on occasion, step into a crew and help where needed.
