Landscape maintenance crew supervisor needed for AmeriScapes Landscape Management Services in the Central Florida and Orlando area. This position requires knowledge of landscape maintenance. You must have previous experience and be able to run, operate and maintain the equipment you are assigned, and to properly and efficiently perform the required duties necessary to provide a great looking landscape for our customers.
Requirements:
You must have a valid Florida drivers license
You must have a good driving record for our insurance purposes
You must be able to pass a drug test pre-employment, post accident, and random if we so choose
You must be reliable and able to work when we need you, so you must live within easy driving distance from our office in Downtown Orlando or one of our job sites, if that is required.
You must be able to lead and direct others in an efficient manner and to manage a small landscape maintenance crew
You must be comfortable in communicating with your supervisor, your peers, and others in the company
You may need to work Saturday, Sunday, or other times that may not be considered regular hours if that is what is required by our customers or our schedules
