Manage the crew on a daily basis. Teach and train others on the crew. Plan reading and field layout of drainage irrigation, lighting and other systems. Layout and placement of plant materials, boulders, edging and other elements of the project. Provide material needs to the Project Manager and manage a rolling inventory of basic parts and tools on the crew truck that you are assigned to. Notify Project Manager of routine maintenance needed on the crew truck and other equipment.
Operate a variety of landscape equipment such as excavators, skid steers and trenchers. Make basic irrigation adjustments of sprinkler heads and drip emitters. Program irrigation controllers as needed and appropriate for the time of year. Drive the crew truck with trailer daily. Manage routine maintenance of equipment, truck and trailer.
Five (5) plus years running a detail oriented installation crew. Must speak, read and write English. Spanish speaking a plus. Must have a valid Utah drivers license and be capable of driving a pickup truck with a trailer. Must have reliable transportation and ability to arrive at our yard by 7:00am every day. Winter-snow removal experience a plus. Operating snow blowers and plow trucks as needed.

- Pay Range: $22 - $30 /hour
