•Respond to basic and more complex customer questions concerning product in all areas including recommendations for substitutions, resolves a variety of customer service issues, and processes sales transactions.
•Manage department inventory through cycle counts, identification of demand changes, and ensuring proper product mix.
•Perform administrative functions for the department, including but not limited to product receiving, purchase orders, product transfers and defective goods disposition.
•Coach and assist less experienced staff in meeting expected customer service and satisfaction goals.
