Enhancement Manager and Sales

This position requires comprehensive knowledge of selling, designing and creating proposals for landscape enhancements, seasonal flowers, floriculture maintenance and small scale design/build projects for all contract maintenance clients. The Enhancement Manager will develop relationships and have close contact with numerous ECL clients (Commercial, Municipal and high-end residential) and the candidate must have the ability to listen, understand, communicate and implement client’s needs. The Manager will work with Design Consultants, Account Managers, Supervisors, and Directors to meet and exceed sales goals and profitability measures. We are seeking a candidate who is highly organized with strong communication skills and excels in a fast-paced environment.

Project Manager Landscape Installation

The Project Manager position will have primary responsibility for oversight and management of project objectives, scheduling and leading production goals by guiding the installation process. This position is accountable for delivering production goals to maintain margin and profit within each job.

Maintenance Account Manager

This position provides our Company with a representative to provide guidance, quality control and communication with our clients. This position should promote and exemplify the standards set forth by Ed Castro Landscape. Review and inspect customer accounts on a regular basis. Identify any problems and facilitate a resolution to them. Work with the onsite crews to improve their on-the-job knowledge. This position is an important link in not only resolving customer inquiries and problems with professional, knowledgeable expertise, but also assisting in finding opportunities for selling additional company services and upgrades to each property.

Landscape Construction Estimator

We currently have a full time position available for an Estimator. An estimator is responsible for producing accurate and timely estimates for the company. The estimator reports to the Lead Estimator, has a strong work ethic and enjoys interacting with our clients, suppliers, and labor teams.

Fine Gardening – Designer + Sales Associate

A Fine Gardening Designer & Sales Associate is a full-time position that is responsible for an existing portfolio of Fine Gardening/Seasonal Rotation accounts. Responsibilities includes designing seasonal rotations and small landscape projects; estimating and creating proposals for seasonal rotations, landscape enhancements, and maintenance services; and, building strong relationships with existing clients by having a clear understanding and knowledge of each client’s expectations and delivering “awesome” on those expectations.
