Lead Gardener – Plant Recorder – Asticou Azalea Garden

The Lead Gardener/Plant Recorder is responsible for the maintenance of the Asticou Azalea Garden (Azalea Garden) reporting directly to the Azalea Garden Manager. All operations taking place within the garden are within the scope of this position. The Lead Gardener/Plant Recorder will also maintain the plant collection records in the IrisBG plant database, reporting to the Director of Farm and Gardens. At times, this crew member will direct Azalea Garden staff or collaborate with other staff projects throughout the Land & Garden Preserve. This is an exempt twelve-month position; full-time (40 hours per week) with benefits. Flexible schedule is required due to weather, weekend/evening coverage, and winter projects.

Gardener/Landscaper

Denis Lucey Garden Design (DLGD) serves residences and historic institutions in the Philadelphia region. DLGD is growing and currently accepting applications for: Gardener/Landscaper. Successful applicants will become members of the crew assisting with the installation and maintenance of beautiful private and public gardens.

Horticulturist

We are seeking a positive, hard working, motivated self-starter, who loves plants and the outdoors to join our Garden Design and Specialty Maintenance Division. As a professional horticulturist at Planters you will provide technical expertise, care and design ideas for high-end, very detailed, and horticulturally intense residential properties in a variety of styles, themes, and palettes. Training, personal and professional growth, and group cohesion are very important to us and finding someone who fits well into our creative, team based culture is our highest priority.

Gardening crew leader

This is a great position for an experienced gardener who is able to direct a small crew. We are a plant centered design /build company with a focus on sustainability.

Fine Gardener/ Landscaper

Must have formal knowledge with perennial plant material and experience with them in a professional setting. Must have a valid NH. drivers license and good driving record. Knowledge in Organic and permaculture practices a plus.

Horticulturist/Gardner

BRLA is committed to the development of beautiful, functional, and sustainable landscape designs in residential settings.

The ideal applicant is highly motivated and organized, and has a professional energetic attitude. The candidate possesses the ability to work as part of team in the management of residential landscapes. The candidate should capable of performing a wide range of gardening tasks, including, but not limited to: annual/perennial planting and maintenance, weed control, and pruning of ornamental trees and shrubs. A passion for plants is highly desirable, as we strive to include new plant introductions, natives, and uncommon ornamentals, in our designs.

Landscape Gardener
