Trail Nurseries, a wholesale source for container gardens, vegetables and herbs, annuals, perennials, hanging baskets and more, located in Dover, PA has an immediate opening for a full-time, detail-oriented individual with 3+ year’s prior relevant experience in a greenhouse or related environment.

Responsibilities will include:

Lead and instruct crews planting our various crops on a production line
Lead and instruct crews on propagation/sticking
Help with ordering/track inventory of tags, soil, pots
Maintain records
Use Microsoft Office Suite
Motivate others to meet/exceed planting deadlines
Attend trade shows to sell prefinished product with team

Ideal candidate will demonstrate solid leadership and communication skills, initiative, a willingness to learn, a strong work ethic, be self-motivated and possess a high school diploma. Spoken and written English required. Bilingual in Spanish a plus. Degree in horticulture a plus. Weekend work is required through the months of March through June.
