SMP Farms, Inc. is looking for a Front Desk Manager

The Front Desk Manager is an entry level management position. The Front Desk Manager will be expected to provide high-level administrative support by performing essential functions such as but not limited to preparing correspondence, greeting customers and clients, answering calls, and performing POS functions. Must be able to work independently and communicate clearly with upper management. SMP Farms Inc. is looking for a forward-thinking candidate who will be a team player, come up with creative solutions, and help lead this company to grow into its full potential. Essential Functions:

• Open and close storefront and POS

• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls via email

• Greet and assist customers and clients

• Cash register and POS operations

• Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk Area

• Demonstrate clear and accurate communication

• Demonstrate basic computer literacy

• Keep all files and documents organized to company standards

• Invoicing of Customers

• Management of Inventory

• Producing Estimates and Sales Promotions

• Willingness to learn company products.

• Responsible for accuracy and Timeliness of essential functions

• Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications/Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required

·Prior experience preferred but not required

· Thorough knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook

· Ability to learn new software

· Demonstrate ability to handle confidential information appropriately

· Strong attention to detail

· Valid Driver’s License
