WE ARE HIRING!

We're looking for someone to join our team as an Experience Landscape Construction Crewman.

Wages:

Hourly starting at $23.19 up to $43.76 after completing training program *sign-on bonus of $500-$1500 based on experience (payable after 90 days) *

Schedule:

40 hours per week, Tuesday through Friday.

Scheduled time off (You may qualify for standby unemployment while not working):

Preliminary Requirements:

Pass criminal background check
Pass a drug test
Clean driving record
Reliable transportation to job sites West to Port Angeles and East to Port Townsend

Duties

Follow all company rules, policies and procedures
Maintain complete records as directed
Ensure all vehicles and equipment are in food working order and adequately maintained
Physically able to list/carry up to 50 lbs.
Physically able to work 10 hours a day in all weather conditions
Capable of installing materials manually with shovels and wheelbarrows as well as with the aid of equipment
Outdoor construction projects, i.e., fences, arbors, pergolas, stairs, etc.
Excavation, demolition, grub out, general site preparation, and trenching.
Drip irrigation
Sub-Base and forms
Paver, flagstone patios, and stepping stones
Install rock walls and accent boulders
Lawn grading and preparation, seed/sod installation
Low voltage lightning
Metal Edging
Painting and Mulch
Water Features
Operate Excavators, skid steers, and attachments
Drive 1-ton trucks and trailers
