Because of our unique culture, outstanding customer service and increasing sales, we need a knowledgeable, experienced, and organized Production Manager to lead our Nursery to new dimensions of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Report directly to Owner and coordinate/update daily with Packing/Shipping Manager.

· Forecast plant needs and plan production to forecast.

· Maintain inventory control of plants and supplies in a dynamic sales environment.

· Implement procedures and processes to grow, monitor and manage production of plants.

· Troubleshoot plant problems and greenhouse maintenance that may arise.

· Hire, train, and manage nursery personnel to achieve these responsibilities.

Qualifications: Three years or more of experience managing nursery/greenhouse operations. Significant coursework or Horticulture (related) degree is a plus.
