Fiore Nursery and Landscape Supply is looking for CDL Class A Driver(s) to join our team.

This is a seasonal, full time position.

Positions are available in both Lincolnshire, IL and Chicago IL Mon - Fri 40+ hours/week.

The position consists of transporting material between branches, to customer job sites and suppliers.

Must provide assistance to the loading/unloading crew, ensuring proper tarping of material, and completing trip safety inspection. Overtime available.

Required:

-Eligibility to work in the United States

-Valid CDL class A w/air brake endorsement

-Valid DOT medical certificate

-Experience driving dump truck w/tag-along

-Ability to communicate verbally in English; written in English or Spanish

-Ability to count items being loaded/unloaded, and confirm with load team or customer

-Ability to lift 40 lbs safely

-Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening

-Ability to climb into/out of truck throughout the day

Preferred:

-Prior work experience in the landscape industry

-Experience operating skidsteers, Moffet, front loader, etc.

-Experience driving tractor-trailer

-Plant identification knowledge
