How do I place my job advertisement?
1. Please visit our home page www.hortjobs.com . On the left side there are several options highlighted in green,  click on Employers.
2. Your next screen will give a brief explanation of your package.  Please scroll down the page to click into Price Sheet to review and purchase the package that is best for you.
4. Next page will be your receipt that maybe emailed to you. 
5. At the top of the page click on Post Job.  The “fill in the blanks” to enter your job details. 
Your job will be posted immediately. We will then pick it up to be published in the next consecutive issue of the JOBS In Horticulture which is printed the 6th and 20th of each month.

b How do I place a blind job advertisement?

How long do classified ads run?
- A one time placement is considered 15 days on the website and one printed issue.  We find that the average run for an ad(s) is two to six consecutive issues. Example: You placed an ad and wanted it to appear for 30 day, it will appear in two issues

Are there resumes on www.hortjobs.com?
Yes, we offer a variety of green industry professional's resume beginning at $199 for 30 days. Please contact our office for packages for a greater period of time.

b How do I renew my job?
-Simply purchasing additional credits can renew your job that has not expired.  If your job has expired, please purchase credits for the period of time you would like your ad to run.  Then, from the Employers home page, click on Jobs.  Click the box in front of the job you would like to repost then click post.
b Is there a minimum ad charge?
- Yes. The minimum ad charge is $49.95 - entitles you to unlimited wording, online, in print and targeted audience.  You also have the option to chose from a variety of cost effective ad packages. 
b When are the closing and printing dates for the newspaper?
- We print the 6th and 20th of each month. The deadline for advertising is 5 days prior to the print date.  Any ad the you post on this site between issues will automatically be included in the next consecutive printed issue. 
b Is there a charge to view employment opportunities?
- No, visit JOBS In Horticulture as often as you like to view employment opportunities.   Subscriptions are available for the printed issue. 
b I am a college professor or a high school teacher,  can I receive complimentary copies of JOBS In Horticulture for my classroom?
- Yes, we make newspapers available to all educational institutions.   We ask that you please let us know at least three weeks in advance. To complete your request, we request the Contact's name, educational institution, ship-to address, phone number, email address,  and how the newspapers will be distributed to attendees (we will send up to 200 issues).
b I am a meeting planner, can I receive complimentary copies of JOBS In Horticulture for distribution at my meeting?
- Yes, we make newspapers available to coordinators of the smallest of chapter meetings to the largest of national conventions. We ask that you please let us know at least three weeks in advance. To complete your request, we request the Contact's name, hosting organization, ship-to address, phone number, email address, number attending, and how the newspapers will be distributed to attendees.
b How do we get our event listed in the Green Industry event's calendar?
- Please fax or email your group / association's upcoming events and we will post them in JOBS In Horticulture and at hortjobs.com for free. Please provide dates, location, contact person, phone, fax and email address.
